Ali is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature in Rwanda and an Associate at the firm with over three (3) years’ experience. He holds a Bachelors of Laws from Islamic University of Uganda and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development of Rwanda. He is a member of the Transaction Advisory Department of the firm

Ali has  got wide and vast knowledge and skills in handling very detailed legal research, drafting and negotiating detailed and complex agreements and transactions like security documentation and credit agreements for financial institutions, shareholding agreements, conveyancing, Joint ventures among others. He equally has extensive experience and knowledge in handling litigation and  secretarial matters of companies, associations, trusts and credit schemes.
