Dorcus is an Advocate of all Courts of Judicature, an Associate at the firm with over three (3) years’ experience and a member of the firms Transaction Advisory Department.

Dorcus previously worked with  Sebalu Lule  & Co. Advocates acquiring wide knowledge in energy law, employment law, banking and insurance law, company law, pre-trial preparations and  civil litigation.

She also handles general litigation and solicitor work, including registration of partnerships, companies, organizations, trademarks, patents and copyrights at the Uganda Registration Services Bureau.  She also attends various Board meetings as secretary to Boards to several clients for which the firm acts in that capacity.

Dorcus is a Lecturer at the Makerere University Business School where she Lectures Business Law, Labour Law, Procurement and Taxation amongst others.
